Transcript Requests
HOW TO ORDER AN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
1. If you are currently in high school, you can request a copy of your transcript from your counselor at no charge.
2. If you are a current grad (last school year), you can request a copy of your transcript from the registrar, Virginia Rios either by email (vrios@scusd.net) or in person at no charge.
3. If you graduated before the last school year, you can request a copy of your transcript from the school secretary. $2 charge.
a. You may request in person by coming to the school administration building and seeing the secretary. You will need to show ID.
b. You may request via US mail by sending a short request with the following information: 1) Your full name as it was when you graduated from high school, 2) your birthdate, 3) $2 money order, 4) instructions where your transcript should be mailed or faxed.
4. If you are a company requesting graduation/diploma verification you must request a transcript.
a. Requests are accepted via US mail only. Please include the following information: 1) Full name of individual as it was when they graduated from high school. 2) Birthdate and year of their graduation 3) $5 money order

We do not accept requests by fax or by phone.
We cannot verify receipt of request or date completed.
All requests, upon receipt, take approximately one week to process.
